Sep19 Rethinking Your Guestbook 2011

As the weather cools and welcomes us into the fall season, I thought it would be perfect for us to start the week off with a very romantic wedding with all kinds of warm accents. Of all the details and ideas from this wedding, my favorite has to be the wine barrel guestbook! If you’re looking for creative options for guests to sign, consider larger pieces you might keep around your home! Check out all the images from this gorgeous wedding all shot by Meg Perotti.

Thanks for featuring our wedding!! The barrels were a wonderful accent – not only because my husband and I enjoy wine, and because we saved on linens, but because we can use the barrel at home now and people who forgot to sign it at the wedding, can sign it anytime!

This is one of my favorite weddings this year. Alex and Doug (The Bride and Groom) were just about the most fun and creative couple I have ever worked with. Their vision for the wedding came together so well, their details were very thought out, not overdone. And could they be any more beautiful?!!? The vendor team was awesome to work with, Feast For a King Catering is always so great with excellent customer service and producing the amazing food. Meg Perotti is so talented and super fun to work with! Thanks so much for featuring our wedding!

What a sweet and wonderful guestbook idea! What will they do with it? Plant flowers in it? How will they preserve the ink?
