Jackie and Ryan’s wedding is classic, glam and full of fun details. Planned by Tracie Domino Events, the traditional church ceremony was followed by a celebration that included an extended cocktail hour on the poolside courtyard of the the south-beach inspired Vinoy Hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida. A champagne and blush color palette complimented the pink building exterior and an amazing gilded retro cabana lounge was the focal point of the cocktail hour. The glam reception that followed was filled with roses on roses with huge arrangements by Botanica International Design Studio. We’re loving the modern touches like the donut wall by MMD Events and the dancefloor confetti cannon by FlutterFetti. It’s all captured to perfection by Ashley Grandstad of Brooke Images and we know you’ll love it!
What made the wedding special and unique?
We were really focused on our guests more than anything else, our goal was to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a really enjoyable time all day! The ceremony needed to be at 1:30 pm so instead of doing a break in between we opted to do a long outdoor cocktail hour; with fun drinks, lots of yummy food and some bocce! For the reception we chose an amazing band with really high energy and focused on fun details that would keep our guests entertained and having a great time all night!
What was the most memorable part of the day?
I would like to say the most memorable part of the day was getting married! But I think it definitely was the mom dance off that our band had both our moms participate in! None of us knew it was coming but our moms killed it!
