I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

What’s not to love about this gorgeous wedding filled with scenic views of San Francisco, an incredible bespoke, golden lace gown and some seriously lush, red florals? Breathtaking, right?! Add in a dramatic lace cape and you’ve got the makings of an exceptionally beautiful fall wedding as observed by the photographer Stephanie Fishbein: “…Nicole walked down the aisle wearing such a stunning cape. That moment, topped with the foggy glow of the golden gate bride in the background was something like a fairy tale that I will never forget.” And thanks to Stephanie‘s stunning images, we’ll never forget it either!

What made the wedding special was how intimate it was. Not just with the size but contribution and spunk. As mentioned the bride was able to do her own styling. The dress was also made by both Nicole and someone close to them who even attended the wedding! This close attention to details made everything very personal; Eric and Nicole and gave the day its own charismatic feeling. The majority of the people present were full of carefree happiness and a lot of artistic backgrounds, making their personalities present from how they dressed to how they talked.

As mentioned the gown was made by a friend who worked closely with Nicole for months. Nicole didn’t want to go with the traditional white but instead a beautiful dreamy gold. And not just a veil, but a cloak to wear when walking down the aisle. This was probably one of the most memorable moments of the wedding, when Nicole walked down the aisle wearing such a stunning cape. That moment, topped with the foggy glow of the golden gate bride in the background was something like a fairy tale that I will never forget.

I also felt something that made it extra personal was the role their dog played in the day. Their dog, Coco Marie is truly their child. During their engagement session I asked for the proposal story and it was during Coco Marie’s birthday vacation where the three of them went on an annual trip, that Eric popped the question. They even were able to get a family portrait after the ceremony!
