I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

Happy Monday. It is so warm and PERFECT outside today, that I’ve been a little distracted! I do have an inspiration request for you today though. Here’s the email I received:

I’m planning a wedding in the English countryside for Labor day weekend in a Georgian manor house . I am a little stuck on the style, due to the time of year and the venue. Given high chance of rain in England, the reception will be indoors in a ballroom (fingers crossed the weather holds up for cocktails on the terrace). I’m loving all the outdoor wedding pics you’ve posted but I am wondering if they’ll translate indoors…

Do you have any inspiration boards for indoor weddings? Which season would you stick to for this time of year (not quite fall but clinging on to the end of summer)? I’m flexible on colors but leaning towards slate blue/gold/navy or green and black. I’d love to see any inspiration boards you’ve got for indoor weddings and/or this time of year.

Well, I think if you are sad about not being able to having your wedding outdoors, one should bring the outdoors in. I went with the green option and here are some fun ideas I came up with. (Note: love the moss, love the wheat grass, love the handmade soaps and love the burlap!)
