Sep23 Silhouettes & Peonies 2011

Happy Friday! It’s almost weekend! (Aren’t Fridays the best days ever? Literally.) To help get your weekend off to a great start, I thought we’d enjoy a gorgeous inspiration shoot that was designed and shot by one of our newest Grey Collective members, Elisa B. (Are you getting excited for the Collective to launch??? It’s coming soon!).

Along with Elisa’s gorgeous photography (hello, FILM!), you’re also taking a look at some other rad vendors like stationery design by Rock Paper Scissors, florals by Hedge Fine Blooms, headpiece by Jannie Baltzer Couture Headpieces, cake by Maliha Creations and the stunning venue, Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard. Check out below for even more vendor resources to help you plan your Virginia wedding (which is where this little goody takes place!).

Have a beautiful weekend. Come Monday, my house will be decorate for fall. Knock on wood.

I adore these silouhettes, especially how they are used on the escort cards! So fun!

That bouquet has to me one of the most gorgeous things I have seen, in my life, ever. It’s like a whole series of mini flower arrangements in one. I LOVE IT.

The photography is gorgeous and I have a love jones for all the suppliers who were part of this shoot. I am very partial to the work of Jannie Baltzer she is very talented!

On the design side (as I am a paper pimp) : The silhouette against the stripes looks absolutely fantastic, I love the contrast of the grey and white stripes against black. Although it is monochrome there is a fantastic softness to it and I love the look and feel

    Hi Leah,
The dress worn for the shoot was made by J. Crew- they no longer carry the dress but I’m sure you could track one down!
