What’s white, pink and metallic all over? Definitely this wedding and it’s absolutely adorable. Dawn and Tim celebrated their wedding in spectacular style at the super-scenic Monarch Beach Bay Club. We’re especially in love with the tablescape details stlyed by our talented friends at Bliss Productions Wedding and Event Planning . What made the wedding special and unique?
Dawn and Tim’s wedding was an intimate ceremony among close friends and family at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Bay Club in Dana Point, CA. For the colors, we went with, Blush, gold, and grey, with pops of melon. Dawn got these colors from the champagne that they drank the night of their engagement. The love between Tim, Dawn, and Dawn’s daughter Elle was represented by three hearts, and was the inspiration for many of the details of their wedding. The three hearts representing Dawn, Tim and Dawn’s daughter Elle were included on the invite, the three-tier cake and the sign for the favors.
What were some touches added to make it personal?
Guests were given mini bottles of champagne as favors, which represented the night that Tim proposed to Dawn under the stars with champagne. We also included on the sign a saying about enjoying bubbly under the stars for guests. The couple resides in Chicago, therefore table names were based off the couple’s favorite streets there. Because Dawn’s daughter Elle is such a big part of both Tim and Dawns life, they chose to have a scavenger hunt for the kids, as well a fire pit, complete with s’mores making station with Dawn’s favorite chocolate, and specialty marshmallows for everyone to enjoy. Floral arrangements consisted of dahlias, pink tulips, and blush colored roses. Dawn’s dress included blush in it and had a fun cut. The aisle of the ceremony had an ombre effect and large arrangements on either side to compliment the beautiful ocean behind the bride and groom.
