Lauren and Bob’s wedding at Quail Lodge in Carmel, CA is laid back and just, so lovely. Which is totally fitting for the beach-loving couple who personalized all the details themselves. The groom, a surfer and abalone diver, even dove for all the shells that Willow & Plum created the centerpieces in! And, of course, the talented Meghan Mehan Photography captured the relaxed vibe perfectly with elegance and clean, gorgeous images.
Lauren and Bob’s wedding was a beautiful, laid-back celebration that incorporated many different aspects of who they are as a couple and as beach-loving individuals. The wedding was in Carmel, CA, which provided a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony that took place on a wide open lawn in front of a pond.
The decor was simple and gorgeous, which gave way for the beauty of the surrounding environment to speak for itself. Bob, a surfer and abalone diver, dove for all of the shells that were used as centerpieces, and the groom’s father had an old VW bus that the couple used as their transportation from the ceremony to the reception.
All of the details for Lauren and Bob’s wedding were thoughtful and personal; their families were included in every part of the celebration, which added to the intimacy and joy that surrounded their wedding with toasts to a wonderful start in their next chapter together.
