I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

Last week, we decided it might be fun to put together a styling guide for throwing a Champagne and Cheese Party. Using gorgeous wares from VIETRI (which you can register for at Belk, Bloomingdales, and Neiman Marcus, or directly through VIETRI) we pulled together a monochromatic look that is perfect for a small cocktail party! We employed a soft grey, white, and green palette and even chose cheeses that coordinated in color! Rosemary flatbread and marcona almonds are the perfect and simple accompaniment to pull everything together. The platters from VIETRI’S Incanto line worked beautifully with our subtle palette.

I could not be more obsessed with those gold rimmed wine glasses, so we decided we ought to give away a set of four (by the way…these lovers were on Oprah’s Favorite Things list this year!). There are tons of ways to enter below, and we’ll announce our winner next week!

*Very special thanks to Lacie Hansen for these GORGEOUS images, and to Richard Photo Lab for the processing.

Last week, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Kate Spade New York and photographer Lacie Hansen to show you how I’d style my fave Kate Spade Lenox china! I did plenty of mixing and matching to show how you can register for these pieces and mix them with other elements you may already have, or that you’ll continue to collect. We threw in some striped chargers by Handsome Chargers for a fun little pop. We love mixing the floral pattern (which is fabric I found at my amazing local store, Home Fabrics). Those kelly green Hopscotch Drive Dinner Plates brought it all together! A simple, totally doable centerpiece with peonies, lemons in a bowl, and some greenery make for an easy set up! Shop the rest of the post below!

I thought the idea of a floral print would be an unexpected mix with the graphic stripes and dots that we so loooove about Kate Spade, so we hunted down a tablecloth with a floral pattern tablecloth and paired piles of peonies and lemons on the table to add a simple yet chic centerpiece. Under the china, we nabbed a few striped chargers from Handsome Chargers to make the idea pop! Mix-and-match is so great, because it allows you to always add to your collection–keeping things fresh and interesting for years to come! Simple patterns and a splash of color are the perfect way to start your registry!

We’re kicking off the holidays with a little fashion! Last month, I had the chance to style fashion blogger, Julia Hengel, of Gal Meets Glam for her collaboration with the new 31 Bits holiday line, Give with Glam. We had so much fun, and Julia is an absolute delight to work with! How fun are all the preppy glam outfits we styled for her? Ladies Home Journal loved her style so much, they even put together a post on how to get her look!
