I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

We’re loving the blend of bright and modern in Sydney and Avi’s urban Denver wedding at Mile High Station. Planner Tangerine Room Events incorporated plenty of inspiring playful details throughout the day. The punchy palette stands outs in the vibrant florals by Yonder House Floral and Decor—the chuppah is gorgeous and the citrus-hued bridal bouquet totally sets the tone for the day. Avi proposed to Sydney with chalk art at the site of their first date, so subtle chalk references throughout the event design were a must! Individual muslin bags full of chalk hung from a giant escort board, allowing wedding guests to draw on personalized black chalkboard table runners throughout dinner. So cute! Check out all the bright and happy details is these lovely images from Becky Schwartz Photography.

from the planner: Sydney and Avi’s urban Denver wedding held the perfect mix of classic and modern style. From the traditional Jewish ceremony under the copper, floral draped chuppah fromYonder House Floral and Decor  and handmade paper head table backdrop, to the traditional ketubah signing ceremony, modern aesthetics and classic style were flawlessly paired. Guests and family were seated in the round, honoring the bride and groom’s rich family relationships.

Avi proposed to Sydney with chalk art at the site of their first date, so subtle chalk references throughout the event design were a must! Individual muslin bags full of chalk hung from a giant escort board, allowing wedding guests to draw on personalized black chalkboard table runners throughout dinner. Chalk lettered slate platters passed the yummiest of hors d’oeuvres. Tabletop details of wood grain flatware and copper geometric orbs highlighted the rustic, industrial venue space while lush and vibrant florals from Yonder House added bright and celebratory texture.

A custom invitation suite from Wedding Paper Divas was wrapped in copper wire, perfectly suiting their modern yet romantic and classic style with hand-lettered envelopes and details throughout the event from event designer Tangerine Room Events.

Guests danced the night away to live music from Tunisia, took photos inside a VW bus photo booth and enjoyed ice cream cones from Denver staple, Little Man Ice Cream.

From the Bride: “When I think about my wedding day, I most remember the feeling of being surrounded by love. The ceremony was literally done in-the-round, with the elegant chuppah in the middle of our family and friends. This circle of love surrounding us was even more special because of the amazing relationships we developed with all of the vendors. The planning process was so special and allowed us to become friends with all of the people who worked so hard to make our wedding unique and beautiful.”
