I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

The creatives that came together to design this gorgeous inspiration shoot wanted to “combine two different worlds that rarely touch – multiple locations that are both near and far.” White Lace Events & Design described “the flowing picture as California Coastal meets the romantic and historic travels of an opulent European garden.” Isari Flower Studio fashioned the flowing vines, topiaries, and deeply colorful bougainvillea to help create the European aesthetic on the shore of the Pacific. And is there anything more romantic than riding off into the sunset together in a gondola? We are so thankful that all the amazing details were captured in these stunning images by Kristin La Voie.

Soft sand, eclectic shells, seagulls flying, and waves riding the ocean shore — another beautiful day on the coast of San Diego, California. Upon the sand, a setup of artistic and opulent creations came alive with the salty breeze and sweet touches of the sun rays throughout the rich velvet, celestial cake, and dip-dyed fabric. It wasn’t something typical that one would see on their daily walk on the beach, but it spoke a rich and romantic story.

The flowing vines, tailored green topiaries, the groomed bougainvillea, and the rich velvet grey chairs gave way to the castles in Europe. The handmade elements of the plates, the crystal glassware delicately laced with rose gold, continued to elevate the feel of old Europe. The dancing fabric, the sea salt runner, and the raw table with an open shell all lent to the beach elements. The ocean, colorful sunset, and the rigid sand experienced a journey that day.

The bride floated in the layers of her Reem Acra gown that stunned anyone from afar. Her rich, long brown hair elevated the softness. The gentle movement upon the gondola and the shoreline with her husband close by her side. He wore a navy tux, with details that enticed the designs of their setting at the Loews Coronado Resort. He strolled comfortably by her side on the beach, and you could see the frames of life happening and being instilled in their memories. The cuddling on the gondola as if they were on the canals in Venice, Italy, kissing under the bougainvillea arch, and sitting in the sand enjoying the views of the coast. The bride and groom had joined the two worlds of Europe and California into their future as husband and wife—living their dreams.
