The team behind this Lost in Morocco Editorial launched their vision with a goal—to show how charming and glamorous a destination elopement can be. Set in Marrakesh at Riad Jaaneman, the vendors led by MUZA Weddings took inspiration from all the city’s magical colors and scents adding significant details of personality, such as happy and bright colors, clean and minimal decorative elements. Florals are by Yassab Floral Design with local ceramics by Cerâmicas na Linha and the details are all captured beautifully by Maria Rão Photography.

From the planner: The city’s array of details from ancient to modern, rural to high-end, raw to sophisticated all merge into this utterly prolific and eclectic mood which we tried to translate into all the storytelling of the editorial.

We choose a light and joyful color palette ranging from whites, yellows, oranges and deep greens creating a connection with the venue’s sleek greenery atmosphere which we combined with subtle and minimal pieces of decor, stationery and classic accessories.

Inspired by Claude Monet,Blooming Wed and a team of incredible creatives set out to create a design that epitomized the mood of the impressionist painter’s Houses of Parliament. In his response to the poetry of dusk and mist, Monet used the colors grey and dusty blue, conveying the peacefulness of the late afternoon in London. The team used the same palette to elicit a similarly calm and serene sensibility. Purple, pink, orange and yellow hues of the sunset add an element of vibrancy to the painting and to the floral design by Elevn Fleur, artful food and drinks by Betty Zlatchin Catering. Airy calligraphy by JK Design is showcased in a textural stationery suite and Knead and Nourish created a scene-stealing, painterly cake. The overall mood is incredibly dreamy and Cat’s Lens Photography captured it all in these lovely images.
