The next big ticket item on my wedding to-do list is finding the perfect dresses for my bridesmaids. I had initially envisioned my bridesmaid’s in navy, long strapless gowns. I have scoured the internet, pinning my favorites from here and there. But more often than not, the price tag is simply not agreeable for the budget I’m hoping to stay within. I want my bridesmaids to enjoy being a part of our day, not to be upset because I asked them to spend an arm & a leg for a dress they may only wear once!
With everyone spread out across the Midwest, David’s Bridal seems to be the most logical decision though I’m not thrilled with their selection. But, despite my hesitations, my mom and I spent an afternoon trying on dresses. I have all shapes and sizes of women in my bridal party so I’m wanting what looks best on everyone! I hope to get some of the girls in town and to see what more stores have to offer to get the full experience!
