New hair style: If you are thinking of experimenting with your hair, this is the best time to do it. Whether you want to try a new color or cut, get it done now to see if this look is what you want for your big day.

Tanning: If you feel a little pale and want more color, try a nice spray tan instead of the tanning bed. It’s healthier for your skin and it’s a good tool for a temporary glow. Test out a few places to find a salon you love and will use for the big day. Make sure if you do decide to get a spray tan for the wedding, do it at least a week before the big day.

Spa Time: This is all about you! Pamper yourself, and get that facial and masage you’ve been wanting. It is recommended to get a monthly facial so your skin looks and feels healthy for your wedding. Professionals will use the right products for your skin type, so let them take care of you. You will feel more relaxed and flawless for the wedding day.

Refresh your hair! Remember that new hair style that you got when you experimented? This is the time to do it again! Get that gorgeous hair style now so it looks fresh on the day of.

Moisture and block: Keeping your face moisturized daily with SPF will help your skin looking smooth and fight those un-even tones that the sun can cause. Stick to a product that you either love or know it wont irritate your skin. And be sure to stay moisturized! People with oily skin tend not to use moisturizer because for fear adds more oil on the face. On the contrary, moisturizing actually helps prevent excessive oil. If your skin gets dehydrated it causes the natural oils to pop out.

Flawless Skin: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. It is so important to keep yourself hydrated. Lots of cool water is the key to beautiful skin. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, which helps your skin feel refreshed and glowing.

Preview: You found the perfect stylist–now is the time to book. Schedule your bridal hair and makeup preview and make an appointment to have your real life trial. It is recommended to have your trial 2-3 months prior to your wedding, as anything earlier might be affected by the rapid rate of change in your hair.

The night before your big day:

Limit your alcohol: We all love to celebrate with close friends and family prior to the big day! However, alcohol can really dehydrate your beautiful skin that you’ve been working so hard on keeping. Dhydrated skin will only make you look tired and dried out. We all want to celebrate with champagne or wine, just don’t over do it. Be sure to compensate with extra doses of water to make up for the dehydrating affects of alcohol.

Avoid spicy food: For those Brides that love spicy food, be careful not to eat too much of it. It can cause your skin to look flushed the day of, and gives you uneven skin tones. Overall, eat and drink light for refreshed and glowing skin.
