Jun09 Real Wedding: Sarah and Athan 2010

I know I started this week off with a little yellow, but get ready because I’m bringing you some more yellow and I’m just gonna assume you can handle it. Sarah from OneLove Photography (along with assistant photographer Darcy Rogers) shot this beautiful yellow, grey and white wedding that features, among other things, a canine ring bearer and a Greek feast. There is a huge list of vendors below, so be sure to check it out after you’re done consuming the goods.

I love the look and feel of this wedding! Just gorgeous! Can you tell me where you found the groom’s/groomsman’s socks? I’ve been looking everywhere for ones just like that and haven’t had much luck. Thank you so much and Congratulations! :)

So pretty! A great balance of modern and rustic. BTW, I love the doggie scarf! Is it a tie tied in a bow?

Sarah (of Sarah + Athan) here. Thanks so much for all the kind comments :) We had a fanTAStic day of family and friends and dancing and drinking and all-around fabulousness.

Here are some responses to the inquiries above:

    – socks are from Express for Men. I’m sure you can still grab a pair or two. I got them about 2 weeks before our wedding (which was 2 weeks ago). So they’re new-ish.

    – the dog’s tie was a long piece of fabric (that was leftover from our table runners). I sewed a small hem and then just tied it in a bow. I think he looked very dapper.

    – the “Bride” wrap is a robe from Victoria’s Secret. I got it as a shower gift, and I thought it’d be perfect for the getting ready extravaganza.

My favorite part was the cake topper! The dress on the wooden bride topper matched perfectly. And I still can’t believe the dog let them paint his/her toenails yellow! The attention to detail for this event is really amazing.

There are a lot of nice things in this wedding. For one thing, the cake toppers are quite adorable, plus the dessert table looks temptingly delicious. The socks look cute too and so is the dog with the cute tie. Such a nice outdoor wedding. I simply love the fine details.

This is so sweet. All the details are fabulous. Love the “teachers lounge” and the simple flowers in mason jars! Thanks for sharing.

Oh I just love the brides’ flat peep toe fronts – pretty and practical. I’ve never been a big fan of yellow but this wedding is making me thinks twice… it’s that gorgeous!
