Dec13 Love Streamers: Vanessa and Adam 2010

I just realized today that this week is essentially the last week I have to finish up my Christmas shopping (and by finish up, I mean start, and then finish up). It always comes so fast! I’m working on some last minute Etsy finds for you, which I know are still totally doable! Be sure to check in this week for some great weddings and ideas as we near Christmas day!

To kick off our week, here is Vanessa and Adam’s bright and happy wedding with my new favorite feature: love streamers for guests–to be waved in jubilation when you walk back up the aisle as husband and wife! Love it, right? I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but streamers are all the rage. This cutie pie wedding was shot by Floataway Studios. Be sure to check below for additional vendor information.

Any ideas about what went into those cute streamers?

  • Vanessa on December 13, 2010

Hi Whitney, the streamers were purchased on Etsy from Romancing Juliet:

    There are a couple of mistakes with the vendor credits, and since they were all so great, I want to clarify;
The bunting flags were from Starlit Nest, another great Etsy resource (not the favors and gifts).
The bridesmaid dresses were also Priscilla of Boston.
The adorable flower girl dresses (which you can see on the Floataway Studios’ blog) are from My Girl Dress.
The table numbers as well as all the stationary were made by my etsy shop, Shindig:

We can not rave enough about our photographers, Floataway Studios. Mary has a way of making every photo magical. We are so thrilled that we found them! These photos are just a small sampling of the amazing work they did!

Hey Vanessa! Thanks so much for the clarification. We got our vendor credits from Two Bright Lights, which may have mixed up some of the details! Sooo excited to feature your beautiful wedding.

love the streamers/pom poms. but especially love floataway studios!

Also, the adorable wire hanger is from Lila Frances, once again an Etsy shop. Etsy was such a great resource for me, if you can’t tell!

The photos turned out absolutely lovely! This has been my first chance to see pictures of my ribbon streamers in use! Congratulations Vanessa and Adam and thank you again !

What a beautiful wedding, and such a lovely bride. How fun to see the banner I made in this gorgeous collection of images. The correct link to my shop is: http://starlitnestgifts.etsy.com Thanks!

Loveing the streamers! I’m going to be making a version for my wedding to be used as we exit the church in place of bubbles, seed, sparklers, etc. they are so much fun!

    Hi there,
I’m not familiar with Two Bright Lights. Do you mean Floataway Studios? Yeah, I can see how these things can easily be mixed up. So many vendors! I just wanted to clarify because my vendors were so amazing! I want to make sure they get their credit. Especially since you always mention Etsy on your blog. Etsy was such a huge help to me in this process! I found so many great resources there.

Thanks for clearing up and thanks for such a great blog! It’s such an honor to have our wedding featured here, as I am a big fan!

I love Etsy too!!! It’s been my greatest resource while planning my wedding. I tried looking up Lila Frances on Etsy and have been unsuccessful….can I get a direct link? I would love to purchase one of her hangers for my upcoming wedding.
